2016 35th Anniversary Cabernet Sauvignon

A balanced and structured wine, our Anniversary Cabernet Sauvignon shows dark fruit and soft roses on the nose. A slightly tannic mouthfeel is accentuated by flavors of black cherries, soft anise and currants. With balanced acidity the wine comes alive on the palate and leads to a long finish with notes of dark chocolate, light rosemary and leather.
