2019 Barrel Select Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine was originally created to blend into some of our Cabernet Sauvignon blends. But, Nils and Lars decided it was too amazing to blend! They both agreed that it needed to be its very own wine. All of us agree that this Cab is beyond amazing! On the nose you’ll smell the smoked oak from the barrel, followed by dried rosemary and black pepper. Rich and robust on the palette, it titillates with flavors of cassis, leather and black current.
