Tastings are conducted by appointment Monday–Saturday. We have become stricter with this policy in the past year because we find that having individuals drop in imposes on those who have reserved their time with us in advance. We continue to strive to make the tasting experience at Saddleback more personal for our customers. We will be pouring 6 Saddleback wines with a $10.00 per person tasting fee.
