2007 Pinot Blanc

Our Pinot Blanc vineyard was planted in 1994, just south of our front door. We are pleased to release our eleventh vintage of Pinot Blanc exclusively from our estate, 100% Oakville.

Tasting Notes:
Notes of orange rind, white peach and honeysuckle in the nose. The taste is similar to the nose with very crisp and bright acidity. Stirring the lees in neural French oak barrels provides the glycerol, full-bodied mouth feel that ends with a nice, long creamy finish.

I have been a fan of Saddleback Cellars since I first discovered it in 2007, and my favorite white is definately the Pinot Blanc. My favorite wine to enjoy on a summer evening. I love it that you can do your wine tasting at the picnic tables in front of the vineyard too!
