2000 Pinot Blanc

Pinot Blanc
Soft, lush, and white peachy fruit. The bouquet and mouthfeel is gentle and full. Hints of lemon pepper on the nose. The flavors are fruity, yet balanced. Try this beauty with a grilled chicken salad full of fresh greens or grilled prawn kebobs. As a special treat, infuse a few peaches and apricots with the wine and serve later – sliced over vanilla bean ice cream or a fruit sorbet.

Floral, grapefruit, apricot aromas jump from the glass with lovely honeysuckle; velvety mouthfeel with some grapefruit and orange peel flavors; wonderful balance with excellent bright acidity. Nils Venge knows how to make Pinot Blanc.
