1997 Pinot Blanc
How our Pinot Blanc has grown with us! When first planted at SADDLEBACK, it was supposed to become a part of Blanc de Blanc
for one of the local champagne houses -- now look at what's happened! This rich and complex white wine is in high demand on its own. The popularity of this dry wine is primarily due to its fullness of body and the abundance of ripe pear/melon-like fruit characters
followed by smooth vanilla flavors.
