1996 Pinot Blanc
We find essences of tropical fruit, melon, and fresh fig with hints of citrus in our Pinot Blanc. The wine is always dry and balanced with good acidity. The rich straw color and smooth, creamy finish are notable and due primarily to extended contact with the lees after barrel fermentation. The rich fruit flavors complimented by a touch of oak make this wine user-friendly and delicious with poultry, light game, seafood and spicy Thai or Indonesian cuisine.
