2006 Zinfandel, Barrel Select

Winemaker Notes:
For the harvest of 2007, Nils was offered one ton of fruit from a small vineyard in St. Helena to play around with for our Old Vines Zinfandel blend. Little did he know this fruit grown by the Menegon family was truly outstanding, so he decided to bottle the wine single-vineyard for you, our Posse Members! This densely impacted wine has a full mouth feel with aromas of pepper, spices, blackberry and chocolate. Should drink well for the next several years!

Food Pairing ideas:
Serve with braised short ribs, any smoky barbeque foods, or simply on its own!
