2008 Orange Muscat, Barrel Select

Winemaker Notes:
It is our pleasure to present to you our first time ever produced dry Orange Muscat white wine! We drove the beat up white Ford pickup truck all the way to Mendocino one early October morning to meet the third generation grape growing Nelson family, waiting with handpicked grapes. Seven months later, we have a wine with pleasant scents of jasmine flowers, lychee fruit, and a slight flinty character. The palate has a creamy texture on the mouth feel. Drink chilled from spring through the last days of fall.

Food Pairing ideas:
Pairs well with salads (both fruit and vegetable), chicken, cheeses, or even desserts. A very versatile wine!
