Only 70 cases made. This cool-weather year yielded a small crop for Napa Valley Cabernet, so this precious cargo was well-treated in Nils's custom American/French oak barrels. As 100% Cabernet, aromas of violets and dark fruit abound; on the palate a brilliant balance of minerality and depth of flavor. Finish is clean and lengthy.

Saddleback Cellar's first vintage of Pinot Noir was sourced from the Carneros district of Napa Valley. Sitting at the south end of the valley alongside the San Pablo Bay, Carneros is slightly cooler than the rest of the appellation, making it an ideal location for growing Pinot Noir.
This delicious food-friendly Sangiovese was grown in the St. Helena sub-AVA of Napa Valley, and is blended with 10% Tempranillo.
