Our nordic team of vintners, Nils Venge and Lars Bjorkman, head up winemaking operations at Saddleback Cellars. They use traditional winemaking techniques to assure well-balanced wines that are easy to drink young, and with the proper cellar conditions, able to age with grace and beauty. Nils and Lars have been pumping out award-winning Cabs, Zins, and Chardonnays, amongst others, for 9 years.

Another stellar vintage of our estate-grown Pinot Blanc. Grown right outside our front door they are the first and last vines we see everyday at work. Pinot Blanc will always be a special wine at Saddleback and we are thrilled to share it with you.
Our first vintage of Chardonnay dates back to 1983 from vines planted on our estate. We currently have 3 acres of Chardonnay on the estate and we also use fruit from Carneros and Mt. Veeder.
Grown down the street from the winery, we have been making Sauvignon Blanc from this vineyard for 20 years and is as crisp and delicious as ever!
Deep garnet color and aromas of black cherries, peppery spice rack, and cigar box lead to flavors of ripe berries are layered over rich velvety tannins producing a layered mouthfeel.
Named for our very own winery dog, Chloe's Blend is a bourdeaux-style blend of our estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Violet in color with rich flavors of blackberry, blueberry and currant. This vintage features a slightly spicy mouthfeel with a long finish of cocoa powder and cigar box.
A fruit-forward Syrah with flavors of brandied cherries, currants, and slight spice notes of clove and anise. Medium-bodied with light tannins this Syrah can be enjoyed on all on its own or with a casual meal. Drink now in the next 3 years.
Dark and juicy our Merlot tends to be a bigger, bolder offering than some. A Cab-lovers bottle with flavors of blueberry and anise, we aged this wine for 18 months in French oak.
